I made this to mount my Nest Hub V2 as close as possible to the wall and hide the powersource in a german "Unterputzdose". To accomplish this I had to cover some of "Unterputzdose" at the bottom which results in quite much support. You could also try to rotate it 90°, but with out rotating it the front surface will become smoother.
