Google Nest Hub Max Bracket
thingiverse
Google Nest Hub Max rotating bracket mounts under cabinet where 360-degree rotation is desired. Use 3/4-inch PVC for the tube along with 3/4-inch PVC end caps. Secure end caps using PVC glue, drilling a hole in the bottom end cap to route power cables. Clean PVC pipe of branding/markings by applying acetone (nail polish remover). This design is specifically for the "Nest Hub Max," not the regular "Nest Hub." Printing at 100% will produce accurate results; scaling it may work for accommodating a regular "Nest Hub" but requires experimentation. Assembly: 1. Slide PVC pipe onto bracket and glue top end cap to PVC pipe. 2. Drill holes in both the top end cap and cabinet. 3. Route the USB cable from the top of the cabinet through the top end cap and out the bottom of the PVC pipe. 4. Secure the bracket with screws to the cabinet. 5. Slide in the bottom "base" into the PVC pipe, leaving the USB cable hanging out the bottom. 6. Drill a hole in the bottom end cap and complete cable routing through it. 7. Glue the bottom end cap to the PVC pipe. Follow these steps carefully, as incorrect order may lead to issues with USB cable routing. The model printed at 50% infill with PLA proved sturdy but using 25% infill is suggested for optimal results. Printing at 100% scale resulted in a snug fit on 3/4-inch PVC; consider scaling to 103% for an extra 1mm of clearance.
