Google Cloud Earrings or Keychain
thingiverse
Here's two sizes of Google Cloud logo earrings that I designed. I don't own the copyrights to the logo, but I do use the Google Cloud Platform for work and their logo is adorable. I have about 15 different items of swag, but sadly no earrings, so I decided to give it a try. I made a first pair and showed them to our contact at Google, who loved them. However, I felt they were pretty flimsy, so I made this brand new one that's more in line with what I envisioned. You'll need to print either the 43mm size or the 34mm version of the file - the smaller ones are for the 34mm. You'll have to add two pieces of all the colors except white, as they're already paired up. Depending on the filament you use, you might need to scale the white base by 1-3%. I made the model a bit bigger than necessary, so you shouldn't struggle too much. To assemble the earrings, simply push the pieces together with the back of a spoon - they should snap and hold in place. Start with blue, as it's the easiest to align, then red, yellow, and finally green. If they don't fit snugly, you can use a little bit of crazy glue to hold them together. I printed these files on my Prusa MK2s without any issues, so hopefully, yours will work out just fine. A huge shoutout goes to the amazing Google Montreal team - it took me a while, but here they are! See you all at Google Next 2019.
