I created a Star of David spinner for a buddy who got a new printer, and while checking it out, I couldn't help but see its potential as a smiley face too. Using Fusion360, I first hid the Star of David design, then built a goofy grin and patterned that instead, resulting in this model. The Fusion360 model actually contains both designs; I simply hide the one I don't want to show and unhide the other, before exporting it as an STL file. This process would be very straightforward for any desired application.
