I could not find a goof/trim ring which would work for my LED ceiling lights so had to make them. These are 2.4mm thick and have screw holes for mounting. Inner Diameter = 50 mm / ~2 inch Outer Diameter = 152 mm / ~6 inch Screws holes should work for 4.1 inch J-Box have included Fusion 360 (f3d) file and .3mf if someone wants to modify it for their needs.
