This is a model of a Abracon Voltage Controlled, Temperature Controlled, Crystal Oscillator (VCTCXO) that has a frequency stability of +/- 1 Parts Per Million (PPM) . This is the Abracon ASGTX series of parts. Case size is 9.0 x 7.0 mm also called the '9070' case type.The standard tolerance for most crystals is +/- 50 PPM, so this oscillator is 50x more accurate, which is because of the temperature stability. It means that for a Radio Frequency (RF) circuit better stability as well as accuracy.For low power RF circuits, this means that there is less wake up time for protocol resynchronization.The standard frequency is 10 MHz and ranges up to 1.5 GHz.
