Good Morning / Good Night Glow in the Dark 3D sculpture

Another use I thought of for glow in the dark filament is as a nightstand decoration that prominently displays a bright yellow sun and the words "Good Morning" when you wake up. When you turn the light off at night, a moon, star, and the words "Good Night" begin to glow brightly. I created this decoration as a gift for my niece by monogramming the back of it, but left the design blank in the stl file so that she could personalize it herself. Warning: While I thoroughly enjoyed working on this project, it's not perfect. To ensure a proper fit, I printed the letters at 98% full size and then spent some time removing material inside the letters and at their corners to help them slide into place smoothly. I used sandpaper and a deburring tool for this process, and once one side of the letter was in place, I tapped it down with a rubber mallet so that all of the letters fit snugly together without any need for glue - except for the sun and moon. I'm currently working on a new file that will print the letters to fit perfectly into their corresponding cutouts without requiring post-printing adjustments. When this file is complete, I'll be sure to update you with the results.
