Totally Remix of "Arcade BarTop by LisBonMeKat" for my 12-year-old son to be printed on a TROTEC SPEEDY 300 laser cutter with plywood that's 10 mm thick. It should work just as well with MDF too. I kept the same size and aspect ratio, which is about 51 cm wide. I added a front hole for dual USB ports and a rear hole for power. The front and rear panels are removable with screws to make maintenance easier. I used a Raspberry PI 4 and a 2-player arcade kit with LED lights from EG Start, which sells on Amazon for 49 euros (the holes are 28 mm wide). I designed it to fit a 17'' Dell E173FP screen that's 5/4 in size, but you can adapt it to fit other screens too. I created 8 SVG files using Inkscape and some plugins like Quickjoint to use fewer screws. Here's the list of materials I used: * 7 sheets of 10 mm plywood * 1 sheet of 3 mm plywood The dimensions are: 1 - 660 x 425 x 10 2 - 660 x 425 x 10 3 - 520 x 405 x 10 4 - 500 x 220 x 10 5 - 515 x 265 x 10 6 - 515 x 365 x 10 7 - 520 x 310 x 10 8 - 520 x 130 x 3 The total cost of the materials was around 40 euros at Leroy Merlin store (Poplar Plywood), and about 30 euros for laser cutting in a fablab. I added two Visaton speakers that are 8 cm in diameter and an amp, which costs around 30 euros altogether. I also added some vinyl stickers from Metal Slug, which cost me 9 euros plus 10 euros shipping. Note: The blue color is used for the laser cut, while the green color should not be printed. You can delete it if you want to.
