This is my design for a high-performance 3D printer in an impressive format. The finished print will measure 55 inches high, 70 inches wide, and 70 inches long. I have utilized iron squares with a thickness of 16mm. Following extensive testing, these components provide robust support to the entire structure of the printer. For Z and Y axis movements, I have selected NEMA 24 motors, while a single NEMA 17 motor is used for X axis movement. My design choice involves constructing all union parts instead of relying on welding methods, which will enable seamless modifications in the future if needed. To integrate linear bearings into their respective printing pieces, I employed the model found at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1811769. The extruder concept is based on the design provided by https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1055201. Currently, my focus is on perfecting the hot bed component.
