The text shows a creative adaptation of images found at http://ludstuff.blogspot.com.br/2009/07/automata-7-more-mechani-cats.html. The original design used wires, but the creator developed their version using cams, quick-return, and sliders. The model was made with Solidworks 2016 and rendered with Simlab Composer 7 Mechanical Edition. The frames were edited in Virtualdub, saved as AVI/X264 and BMP formats. MyMP4BoxGui was used to remux the video to MP4 format, while PhotoScape created GIFs from the renders. IrfanView was employed for editing the renders. The 3D-PDF, ZIM, and SIMLAB files were all animated, with the ZIM file viewable on IOS and Android devices using Simlab Viewer app. The model is available in various formats, including Solidworks 2016, Simlab Composer 7, DAE, STEP, IGES, Parasolid, OBJ, 3D-PDF, SketchUp, 3DS, and ZIM.
