Golfing Tee

Golfing Tee

I have tried printing tees for a long time, and none of the have ever worked, so I decided to make one with 2 materials. Solid PLA wouldn't work because it was to brittle, and TPU was to soft. I decided to make the bottom (teecover) out of PLA, so it would push itself into the ground easier, and the top (tee) so it would flex when the driver made contact with the tee. All other materials would not flex, they would just break. You can try this with any flexible materials, like TPU. Once you have printed both parts you have to put a little super glue into the teecover and stick them together. You could use hot glue but it's harder to get the tee inside the teecover. Once you have completed this, you let it sit for a few hours to make sure your glue is dried and cured. After this, you should be able to hit the golf course.
