Golf "T"
prusaprinters
The golf tee files I saw available were great, but printing up right, they will always break away at the layer lines. While this isn't all that bad, considering filament is cheap (and most golf tees break pretty fast anyway), I wanted to make something more robust that was quick and cheap to print. the “T” shape allows the Tees to be printed horizontally against the bed. with the layer lines going the entire length of the Tee, they are incredibly strong. Short: 1.5"/38mmMedium: 2.75"/70mmLong: 4"/101mm*Don't break out the calipers or anything. They are all within a mm or so, but I didn't get super precise on the lengthPLA+ is what I've been using for them, but PETG would likely be better. I've been printing with 4 walls and 40% infill with something strong like triangle infill. With cheap filament, they are only about 2 American cents a piece. About a tenth as cheap as buying 4" (101mm) wood tees!
