Golf Cart Fan Mount
thingiverse
This provides a way to install a dual fan in a golf cart with ease. Two golf ball storage locations are repurposed to offer support for an elevated fan, ensuring it's mounted away from the windshield and high enough not to obstruct air flow to the driver by the steering wheel. Double-sided tape is used to secure the fan in place. To align the fan mount holes with those in the golf ball storage location, 3mm screws with a 2.5mm pilot hole are used. PETG filament is utilized for this project. The electric car fan employed in this setup is the Dual Head 2 Speed 12V Cooling Air Circulator, available on Amazon at https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B079KC8RNR. For mounting, 3M Scotch 4011 Exterior Mounting Tape (1 in x 60 in) from Amazon's https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00004Z4BV is used. Small Cross Flat Head Tapping Screws (#3, 800PCS) by Mini Skater are also sourced from Amazon at https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01GBLNBOI.
