Golem insert with wooden tokens

This replaces a few trays to accommodate the wooden tokens available for Golem. I didn't sleeve my cards, so I combined all my cards into two split card boxes. This freed up one card box to put the existing gold tokens. I replaced the gold box with a divided box for the clay tokens; then the original resources tray was replaced by the separate knowledge and coin token trays. From the original insert: print everything except the resources tray and two card boxes. Also print one extra split card box. Then print one of everything from this insert.
