The Golden Rotating Gear Awards Trophy is designed to instill pride in winners and features a rotatable golden gear on the model. This customizable trophy allows for different category letters to be displayed on the gear side. The model has a small trophy attached to the body for support, with a minimum thickness of 2mm and a clearance of 0.5mm between parts. Comprising four parts, it measures 8.198 x 7.708 x 5.2 cm and has a total volume of 37.53 cubic centimeters, which can be reduced if necessary. The initial proposed printing material is sandstone for full color printing ($28.15), but alumide is the second option due to its exclusivity, strength, and detail-enhancing properties ($65.68). Any suggestions to improve the model's 3D printability are welcomed.
