Rigged and Animated for: 3ds Max 2017 and up - PBR Version Cinema4D r13 OBF (includes base obj and morph target objs) MAX 2009 generated FBX Both models come with several pre-animated scenes to get you started. The feathers are high-resolution geometry, rendering quickly without plugins. No external software is required to animate the wings using 3 bones within each feather cluster. These clusters can be folded in one of several morph target positions. Morph targets also allow for adjusting wing tip feathers and tail positioning separately. To make adjustments, spread the wing tips and spread the tail, ensuring accurate movement control. Main animation controller: The root bone. Several scene files are provided to facilitate the animation process: Zero Land-Take off Fly loop Control of feet and legs is achieved via LT-Foot (left) and RT-Foot (right), using 'LT-Foot' in Lightwave, 'LT-FootControl' in Max. Similarly, the neck, head, lower beak are controlled by respective bones. In addition, 3 'neck', 1 'head', 1 'lower beak' bones regulate mouth movements and morph target locations. Morph targets located when you select the mesh in Lightwave's Deform panel, and Max's Morph Panel. A total of 23 morph targets control various body parts, while eight additional ones manage the phonemes of the 'Mouth'. Phoneme manipulation enables accurate vocal expression. To achieve precise wing animation use 'Morph target positions'. Controlling each wing requires three bones, and the wings' spread is determined by 'WingFold-01 to WingTipDown'. For smooth operation avoid changing bone positions during the morph animation process as you might observe distortions. When needed adjust bone settings just before the 'Morph Target' deployment. The actual polygon count varies depending on render options, rendering 17530 or 21189 polygons. The 3999px by 3999px resolution offers 300 dpi maps for accurate display.
