I spent another afternoon working on a wildlife piece for my little ones. First, I had to meticulously model the majestic head of an golden Eagle (Aquila chrysaetos) from scratch. I relied heavily on reference pictures to get every detail just right, then carefully put all the parts together seamlessly. The surface feathers proved to be a fun challenge - I sculpted them using Sculptris with precision and care. Once complete, I printed the head without any supports, flipping it over so that the beak and tongue faced upwards towards me.
