This model consists of a single object, comprising 5516 quads, all of which are smooth with TurboSmooth enabled. A physical material has been assigned to it. There are no isolated vertices and no overlapping faces or vertices either. The preview images were rendered using the Arnold renderer. Note that native file formats will not display textures or materials, nor will they render like the preview images. Any other file format exported from 3ds Max will contain only the base mesh without smoothing applied.
