Gold Sluice V2 - Stackable
prusaprinters

This is my second revision of my pocket gold sluice. Doesn't so much fit in your pocket anymore, but is MUCH simpler. Each section is a single piece, and nest together so you can stack it as high as you want (please, be reasonable).

This is designed to allow almost any kind of matting you want to use, up to 5mm tall. Uses a bit stronger pumps than V1 as well. The top hopper has room for up to 4 hoses to be inserted, and used as a wash area. The pumps I'm using are quiet, small-ish, and only 12V, so you can take a small 12V battery with you and be good to go.

I still need to design the mount that will allow this to sit on top of a 5 gallon bucket, so I'll add that when I get a chance. I'm still actively adding more parts to this, as well as fixing up minor issues with the models as I find them.

Parts you will need:

Very flexible 16mm ID hose. Latex hose or something similar will be your best bet.

Pumps:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/Car-DC-38mm-Electric-Submersible-Water-Oil-Diesel-Fuel-Pump-12V-Stainless-Steel/362898715153

Print instructions

Print as they are. They are angled at 9 degrees, so although they look funny that way, it's meant to be like that.

The hopper is the ONLY piece that MIGHT need supports inside the hose holes. If your printer is tuned well enough, you might not even need those supports.

The other parts all print with NO supports!

0.2mm layer height

30% infill
