Human: Gold is a precious metal that boasts an impressive chemical makeup, with the symbol Au (from Latin: aurum) and atomic number 79, classifying it among the naturally occurring elements with higher atomic numbers. In its purest state, gold presents itself as a brilliant, slightly reddish-yellow dense, soft, malleable, and ductile metal.
