This 3D model serves as an alternative to my original design, "gold pan 1," which can be found at cults3d.com. The unique feature of this model lies in its smooth washing surface on one side, making it easy to recover contents after use. Designed for gold panning and highlighting heavy minerals, this model's modest dimensions make it perfect for sampling small amounts of material. When not in use, the four corners of this pan dry quickly, allowing for effortless cleaning and storage. Its parallel edges cause less disturbance during the washing process compared to a round-shaped panel, which is ideal for recovering very small gold dots with low absolute weight but high density like larger pieces. This model offers improved convenience over "gold pan 1" due to its easy-to-rinse design and smooth surface. It's perfect for excursions, walks, outdoor activities, or any situation where a compact and efficient gold panning tool is necessary. Keep in mind that you will still need a bottle or pipette to transfer the concentrate elsewhere, such as a round plate. One notable difference between this model and "gold pan 1" is its single staircase surface. When scaled up to 100%, the size of the stair steps falls between the small and large ones found on the original design.
