This is an unrefined replica of the anime character Son Goku's cranium, attached to a standard arcade joystick. Simply stated, it gets the job done. Playing an arcade game with this setup can be somewhat uncomfortable. However, it should work with most major brands of arcade joysticks, including those I have personally used.
