This rapid coil winder was created for a secret prototype project. It works effectively for the creator's needs but lacks accuracy using specific steppers. Due to the swift design process, the code might not be clean, and the structure could be better. However, the maker prioritized functionality over perfection. The current stepper code could be improved by removing delays and implementing an event driver. A prototype video is available for reference. Assembly requires 3D-printed parts, two stepper motors, a PCB with components like switches, resistors, and LCDs, and power sources. Connect the PS2 keyboard and DC adapter, switch on the machine, calibrate, and configure settings to use the coil winder. A PS2 port issue exists on the PCB due to incorrect wiring; a fix is available upon request.
