Goggle Strap Holder

Goggle Strap Holder

thingiverse

My kid's swim goggles were on the fritz, so he decided to take matters into his own hands and recreate the missing strap adjuster/holder. He figured it'd be an awesome summer project that would teach him some valuable skills. He spent three hours poring over drawings, using cheap calipers to measure the parts, and modeling the design in Tinkercad. Then, he sent the files to our 3D printer and waited for the magic to happen. The end result was a spot-on replica of the original part, printed with PETG plastic. We're not sure how well it'll withstand the chlorine-infused waters of the pool, but since printing it cost pennies, we'll just whip up a few extra spares – just in case!
