Measuring 28.375 inches in height, 7.75 inches in width, and 18.5 inches in depth, this 122-pound meta-greywacke sculpture is from Heliopolis (Ain Shams), the tomb of a Mnevis bull. Hailing from Egypt's Memphite region, it can be found in The Metropolitan Museum of Art, acquired through the Rogers Fund in 1934 and identified by accession number 34.2.1.
