Mounting an EVO antenna outside the fuselage is key to achieving optimal 2.4GHz reception. To begin, mark a precise 3mm hole on your boom, then secure your EVO mount using an M3 screw. Access to the M3 hex nut is straightforward - simply remove one of two nylon bolts holding the boom in place. The antennas are kept firmly in position by zip ties and additional shrink tubing, ensuring rock-solid performance with minimal fuss.
