Goat
thingiverse
This is a detailed scan of an endearing goat sculpture that I captured using Autodesk Memento for a second time. My mom desired a matching one. I'm detailing my print settings for the sake of documentation: The device used was an xyz DaVinci 1.0 printer, known for its quality prints. In terms of print preparation: Rafts were not deployed in this print job, but I opted to have supports added for any areas where structural integrity may be compromised due to overhangs or undercuts. Resolution for the print was set at 0.4mm and infill percentage came out to be 20% to ensure strength without compromising on visual appeal. Post-print processing involved applying a base coat of paint, which worked amazingly well in bringing the design alive and giving it a unique finish.
