The goal was to make a light and robust 3" frame aimed mainly at ultralight, top mounted, hd setups. Over 2 years it was put to hundred of flights and crashes. Overall the frame flew really excellent and had proven to be quite solid, so we took that valuable experience to rework a few details and defects to make it even better : here's then the V2.</p><h5>What changed :</h5><p>The V2 is only aimed at nano size cameras, whether you plan to build an Analog or HD setups there's really good quality cameras on the market right now that made us skip the micro size version. I build it with a naked vista + Nebula Pro Nano cam for instance.</p><p>The design have been improved at breaking areas, it's also 2mm shorter over the V1. I also tried to make it stiffer while maintaining the frame 3mm thick.</p><p>I also made several versions. While the “regular” version is the equivalent of the V1 frame i also wanted a slightly lighter version aimed at 3S toothpick alike setups. There's also a 4 standoff version that's obviously heavier but way way more durable.</p><p>The frame still comes with optional braces. I don't use them personally but Goa does and it really makes the frame super strong and super stiff. You decide.</p><h4>Frame options :</h4><p>LITE (aimed at 3S setups) :</p><ul><li>9mm only motor mounts</li><li>Top plate suitable for 3S battery with side tabs for a TPU battery holder or OG rubberband</li><li>3 standoffs layout</li><li>This lite combo comes out at ~17g of carbon</li></ul><p>REGULAR :</p><ul><li>9mm-12mm motor mounts (for bigger than 13xx motors)</li><li>a stronger and roomier top plate aimed at 4S batteries</li><li>3 standoffs layout</li><li>This regular combo comes out at ~19g of carbon</li></ul><p>4 STANDOFFS:</p><ul><li>Goa wanted an even stronger frame as he regularly break screws on the rear standoffs. So <strong>this version have 2 rear standoffs</strong>.</li><li>Similar specs to the regular version</li></ul><p>OPTIONAL BRACES :</p><ul><li>The front brace is common to all versions</li><li>The rear brace have 2 versions : one for the LITE an REGULAR (single rear standoff) and one for the 4standoffs version.</li></ul><h4>TPU Printable accessories</h4><p>All the nano sized Goe Breeze V1 accessories fit on this frame. I have to upload some more specific ones for this frame.</p><h4>&nbsp;</h4><h4>How to get this frame cut in carbon fiber</h4><p>My go to places are [<a href="www.cncmadness.com">www.cncmadness.com</a>] (CA/US/Worldwide) and [<a href="www.carbon-posten.de">www.carbon-posten.de</a>] (EU/Germany) or [<a href="https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100083354461958">CNC DRONE 91</a>] (EU/France). Great quality cuts and fair pricing/delivery time.</p><p>you need to send the provided DXF files with the following instructions :</p><p>(You need a FRAME file and a TOP PLATE file. Pick LITE/REGULAR/4STANDOFF. You can mix the plate/frame on the LITE/REGULAR versions)</p><ul><li>frame base : 3mm CF optionally chamfered</li><li>top plate : 2mm CF</li><li>(optional) braces : 2mm CF should be ok.</li></ul><p>NB : you can also go with a 2.5mm base and 1.5mm top plate to reduce weigh at the minimum.</p><h4>Recommended gear and build tips</h4><p>* The frame would work best with 1404+ motors on 4S but 1303/1304 on 3S is an option for the LITE version<br>* You need 3 standoffs. i use M2 14mm aluminium on my analog low profile, for a naked Vista/ Nebula Nano build 20mm M2 standoffs would be the right choice.</p>
