This is a customized GoPro camera mounting system that attaches directly to your head without requiring a helmet. The original concept was inspired by modifying a built-in mount from the camera's packaging and repurposing it as part of an old, broken headlamp strap setup. I enhanced this design by introducing more durable loops on top and sides, replacing flimsy slotted tabs that secured it to the straps. To provide added comfort, I hollowed out the back section of the mount, allowing for a piece of foam padding to be inserted inside. For the padding itself, I cut a suitable-sized segment from an old foam mattress roll, which fit snugly into the mount's recessed area.
