I present to you the GO-Pilot, a game-changing GoPro accessory. Its primary mission is to deliver action-packed footage from within the vehicle, bringing the viewer right into the heart of the driving experience. Watch in awe as I put the GO-Pilot through its paces in this thrilling video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ht4QCHeR9uI Cast your vote for the GO-Pilot by downloading and liking it on MyMiniFactory, where it's currently competing to win a coveted spot: https://www.myminifactory.com/object/go-pilot-16031 By replicating the sensations of riding shotgun alongside an expert co-driver, the GO-Pilot redefines the in-car camera experience. To achieve this effect, I meticulously positioned the GoPro exactly where it would naturally reside - on the passenger seat. The design masterstroke: no headrest removal is required to secure the GO-Pilot into place. Instead, its slender profile neatly clips onto the bar of the passenger seat headrest, allowing users to effortlessly snap it in without any fuss. Committed to universal compatibility, the GO-Pilot adapts to a broad spectrum of car headrest post locations - typically ranging from 110mm to 200mm apart, with diameters of 10-12mm. I factored this variability into its slots, so users can confidently insert their GoPro without any concerns. One notable feature that elevates the GO-Pilot to new heights is its impressive versatility when it comes to rotating the camera view. This is due in part to its intelligent go-pro mount design, which utilizes a robust buckle clip instead of traditional screw-on fasteners. My reasoning behind this choice lies in ensuring secure hold, even during high-G force driving situations that might stress or break less-durable clips (something I've personally struggled with when creating these designs using my 3D printer). The eight-sided design of the GO-Pilot mount enables seamless rotation to suit any desired camera angle. Picture recording from multiple perspectives - for instance, capturing a side view to showcase rally-style driving, focusing primarily on the driver in front, or switching views to analyze whether your vehicle has pulled ahead while drafting behind another car. Now it's time for you to put the GO-Pilot through its paces and experience the rush of adventure!
