Go-no-Go calibration test for resin printers
thingiverse
Update: version 2 of the test covers a broader range of over and under exposures with chamfers on top of the cylinders. I've noticed that sometimes the top edge looks slightly "squashed" and is wider than the rest of the cylinder, which is why I added chamfers. This design makes it easy to align the cylinders into the hole but ensure they go all the way in, not just the first millimeter. This test print is for calibrating exposure on resin printers. If the print is perfectly dimensionally accurate, the cylinder labeled "0" will have exactly the same diameter as the hole in the large hollow cylinder and should "almost fit". The slightly smaller cylinder labeled "-" will fit ideally (shrunk by 0.1mm), and the slightly larger cylinder labeled "+" definitely won't fit. The rest of the cylinders are either smaller (1, 2) or larger (I, II) to help gauge how far off the exposure is.
