This 3D model is part of Nicosh's "Fairy Garden" collection, Gnome Series. Nicosh wanted a gnome that was different than all of the others out there - so they set out on a design journey that lead them to this gnome. And yes, he is giving "the finger" because it's hilarious and he doesn't want anyone coming near his garden. His body type (as well as the others in this series) is based off the Chibi anime style, so as to allow more detail in his face and create more of a "cute" look in general.
