This is a creative mashup of two files from mz4250, with apologies for not recalling which specific files were used. A female ghost's body was chosen as the foundation and then modified by swapping out her head for that of a gnoll. The resulting fusion was refined to give the head a smoother appearance, more in line with traditional feminine features.
