Modified this version of the knob so a lens can be 3d printed to allow light to shine through to retain the backlight. Any transparent filament should work.Major shoutout to my friend KenSupra for editing the model in a way that allows the light to bleed through. I also uploaded my 3mf file for anyone that wants it. I use OrcaSlicer as my slicer so obviously your millage may vary.
