Tight-fitting crank knobs for broken windows? I'm right there with you - happened more times than I can count! These parts print effortlessly without supports and fit snugly into the plastic crank arm. Using Tinker to sketch them out, they click securely into place. Printing at 80% with PLA worked great, but the hot environment may require a switch to PETG for durability. Time will tell if that's necessary. Edit: Print these in PETG - the PLA snapped when winter rolled around and the window was frozen shut. As an aside, aftermarket handles can be found for about $10.
