GMC Sierra/Chevrolet Silverado iPhone Mount (2014 to 2018 with center console)

This is a custom phone mount for the GMC Sierra or Chevy Silverado (2014-2018) with the center console featuring a raised lip at its front edge, where this mount fits snugly on top. The primary goal in creating this design was to enable plugging in my phone while utilizing Carplay, maintaining upright visibility, and keeping the mount/cord out of sight. This mount points the phone directly at the driver with no adjustments possible. To assemble this custom phone mount, you will need to print out four separate parts and manually join them together. It is essential that the two supports are precisely 10mm away from the edges of the mount. The original design was modeled after an iPhone X with a thin leather case in mind; however, users may need to substitute their own phone holder into this system, which should be straightforward. To complete the assembly process, I epoxied the lightning connector at the bottom so that all you have to do is slide it from the top to connect. The design was created using Fusion 360, and the .stp file has been included for those who wish to make any modifications.
