I built this gear shifter in Tinkercad for my 1974 GMC K20, and it's designed to pause the print about an inch up to fit a 14 mm nut inside the model before continuing the print. Once done, it simply threads onto your stick! Make sure before inserting the nut into the print that it will actually thread onto your gear shifter lever correctly. There is also a file set up for a 4 speed sm465 pattern, but I've included a 5 speed version as well for later models.
