GM328 Transistor Tester Case

Here is the spun text: The GM328 Transistor Tester is a straightforward project that can be sourced from popular Chinese Import sites. It features a compact design, holding both the tester PCB and battery within its snap-off back cover. The test lead socket is conveniently located on the side for easy access. To print this case quickly, set your printer to 90mm/s with a 0.4mm nozzle. However, please note that rendering numbers on the front panel may be challenging with a 0.4mm nozzle. Consider using the number-free version of the design and applying stickers if fine printing is not feasible. Print Settings: Printer: Custom settings based on the 3Drag model Rafts: Not necessary Supports: None required Infill: 20% recommended Notes: Ensure your printer is well-calibrated and prints to size. The case will fit perfectly if printed according to specifications, but tolerances on the button/button hole and PCB mounts may be tight if your printer is out of spec. Post-Printing Assembly: PCB mounts use M3 screws, which should provide a snug fit in 2.8mm holes. If the button fits but triggers the board when screwing down the PCB mounts, loosen the screw nearest the button slightly. To achieve more clearance on the release lever for the ZIF socket, consider removing the socket and replacing it with a standard DIL chip socket between the ZIF socket and the board. Alternatively, the lever will still function without this modification. Design Details: The case was drawn in Autodesk Fusion 360.
