Customizable GM Screen in A4 Size Letter will not fit due to its width being about 5mm more than A4. This project demands strong magnets measuring 8mmx1mm, available from Amazon (50pcs for 6.59€). To set up the screen as shown in the example requires a total of 32 magnets. Read instructions carefully before gluing magnets into the frame! For printing, you will need to print out the layout as shown in the Example 3D view: 8x Half Cover (fits A5 each) 2x Corner Magnet A (connects bottom right and top left cover to middle parts) 2x Corner Magnet B (connects bottom left and top right cover to middle parts) 2x Straight Magnet (connects middle parts) 8x Pin (a cover with pin that needs to be glued to the screen's parts, providing stability between two half covers) I recommend printing it in an enclosure using ABS so you can weld or glue it with acetone. You can expand this project as much as you want, but remember one rule: If you add an A4 straight, print: 2x Half Cover 2x Pins 2x Straight Magnet and of course 8 magnets extra If you add a corner, print: 2x Half Cover 2x Pins 1x Corner Magnet A 1x Corner Magnet B and of course 8 magnets extra You won't need supports, and the print will require a space of 221.5mm x 155mm on the print bed.
