GM Saturn Headlight Adjuster

This is a custom headlight adjuster designed specifically for a Saturn SC2, although it may also fit other GM vehicles. After my existing 20+ year old adjusters cracked and disintegrated, I decided to create new ones using advanced 3D printing technology. Instead of searching for an aftermarket part at a local auto store, I chose to design one that fits perfectly, saving me time and potential frustration with a poorly fitting replacement. The design allows for some slight movement from side to side, accommodating any imperfections in the aluminum casting it snaps into. To ensure durability, I used PETG filament, which provides sufficient flexibility to allow the clip to fit snugly within the headlight housing without breaking off the small tabs. Since the adjuster screw hole fit tightly and threaded itself, there was no need for additional processing. These custom parts were printed at a resolution of 0.2mm with 20% infill, although higher or lower settings could also be used effectively.
