GM Headlight support clip
thingiverse
I designed this on Tinkercad, my first real useful design. I was replacing the headlights on my 2003 GMC Sonoma (S10) and one of the retainers went missing, so I created a new one in just a few minutes. It fits perfectly, though it's a bit thicker than the original retainer. This thickness helps eliminate some of the wiggle that can occur with the factory retainer. The design measures 114mm long and 29mm wide. This design worked for my GMC Sonoma, but it also applies to many Chevrolet, Buick, Oldsmobile, and GMC vehicles that use the same part. To print this design, simply use 100% infill and don't bother with supports - they're not needed. I've only tested this design with ABS, but other filaments might be more suitable for your needs. PLA isn't recommended if you live in a hot environment, as it can deform easily.
