I am fixing up a 00-05 Buick Lesabre. None of the body panel rivets I found online worked for my application, so I had to make my own. This is my version of the GM body panel rivets, 8mm rivet with 20mm flange. I think they work better than the factory rivets. Print as is, no supports or brim/raft needed. Some people worry that it won't be strong enough printing in this orientation. These are just plastic rivets holding plastic panels together. If you expect them to hold your car together, you have bigger problems. Also, the layer lines create a friction fit that holds the pieces together really well. PLA probably won't work, it is too brittle. Recommend a more flexible filament like PETG, ABS, ASA, Nylon, or something similar.
