Older full-size vans with mechanical timing originally came equipped with a timing gauge attached to the bottom of the timing cover. Unfortunately, replacement gauges are no longer available, as mine broke off during an engine swap. Fortunately, this alternative clip-on gauge securely attaches to the rivet bracket. Originally designed for use on 1993 Chevrolet G20 4.3L V6 engines, it may also work with other similar engines.
