Replacement for GM Part Number 21097292 (also Auveco 19902) This is a Hood Support Bar Retaining Clip designed for Saturn S-series vehicles and other General Motors models. The original nylon clip ultimately broke, prompting a search for alternatives. You can purchase replacements for around $15 plus shipping costs, but that's not the most cost-effective solution. I took matters into my own hands by designing a replacement clip using Amazon's Hatchbox Nylon material. This approach proved more expensive than I had anticipated, but it was worth the investment considering the time saved in design and printing processes. The clip's dimensions were derived from an existing broken part, as shown in the image alongside the printed component. The intact white clip is the 3D printed version, while the dirty yellowish one is the original nylon part that had given up the ghost. Unlike its predecessor, this replacement clip features an imprint of the part number for future reference and potential replacements.
