This is a replica of the original GM part number 13-250-620 used for coolant tube repair on Opel Corsa D vehicles equipped with 1.0, 1.2, and 1.4 liter Twinport engines. Two versions of design exist: half-cut, which simplifies printing, and one-piece, requiring some support while printing. I produced two halves and then joined them together with glue. The original part is constructed from PA-66, possibly offering greater temperature resistance than the used ABS material. Keep in mind that this part's working conditions involve high temperatures (presumably below 100 degrees Celsius). USE A 10x SCALE FOR ACCURATE SIZE! Print Settings: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa i3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 20-100% Notes: Printed with a 0.5 nozzle and 0.2 layer height. A heated bed coated with capton tape was used at 100 degrees Celsius, while the nozzle temperature reached 245 to enhance layer bonding.
