Gluestick Peg Holder
thingiverse
For #3DPrintingDay 2016, I'm sharing some designs that make my life easier with 3D printing. The key is organization - having a place for every tool keeps me productive. With PLA prints happening almost daily, I rely on a steady supply of glue stick, which can be messy if not contained properly. To solve this problem, I designed a small holder that fits neatly inside my Da Vinci Pro 3-in-1 printer. It's discreet and won't clutter the workspace. To secure it in place, I used water-soluble adhesive, allowing me to easily remove it when needed without damaging the printer. If you want a snugger fit on the peg, try printing the design 5-10% larger. I started with 105% and found it worked well. The original version is simple - just a peg for the glue stick to stand upright on. Happy #3dprinting!
