GluePot for Contact Cement
thingiverse
I'm making my own glue pot for leather-working projects, because buying one online for $40 seemed a bit steep. So, I designed and printed my own stoppers to fit it. I created three different stopper designs, thinking that you might want to use various types of brushes with them. Since normal chip brushes need a little extra room at the top, I cut out a rectangle on one design to accommodate them. However, I soon realized that I needed to shorten the handle on those brushes just a bit. Updated October 10, 2018: Version 2 - When printing the glue pot's top, I noticed its spout was too wide. So, I updated the GP Top dimensions to an outer width of 40 mm and an inner width of 35 mm. I also adjusted the stoppers to fit these new measurements. All the new version 2 parts have "40mm" in their title.
