Glueless Control Horn Clip 4mm
thingiverse
No glue necessary! Just cut a slit at the control surface root where you want it to go, fold the control surface back, and slide the clip into place. Once the holes are aligned properly with the control hinge, make a small cut at the back for the clip to pass through the wing, and snap together. You can print a set in a few minutes, or a huge batch so you'll never need to make them again! Throw a few of these in your crash kit for quick glueless repairs to foam board planes. I love sharing my designs with you, so if you print this model, please consider tipping me. Someday I might be able to take flight lessons... Thank you! Also, please share your makes and comment below if you have any ideas for improvements.
