Glue Spreader

Glue Spreader

thingiverse

This is a tool designed to evenly distribute a thin layer of adhesive on the edge of a wooden piece for gluing. It's adjustable, spanning roughly 1/2" to 1 1/2", allowing users to customize the application. Small springs can be inserted between the halves to generate outward pressure. Regular cleaning prevents excess glue from peeling off easily after drying. UPDATE: A customized version without a logo and measurements in millimeters has been uploaded, addressing user requests. The original design featured the names "Smith & Weisson" on its sides due to its collaborative nature - created by a mechanical engineer named Smith and his friend/coworker Weiss, also an engineer and woodworker. The term was meant as a humorous reference to their partnership.
