Glue-on hinges
thingiverse
Tough hinges that can be glued together. To create a super strong part, use 2-4 layers of material on the bottom. For a more flexible design, use no layers at all and let the infill show through. This method works well with plywood, such as on my inflatable boat deck. When using urethane glue, like Gorilla Glue, and an infill pattern like the Hilbert curve at 60% density, the glue expands and forms a strong bond between the hinge and the wood that is even stronger than the underlying material.
